This activity, called "Pisco Cebi 2010", is developed for the fourth consecutive year for this community and this time the scene of that festival will be the traditional Proceres Park, located in block 17 Salaverry Avenue. With the introduction of gastronomic products prepared from pisco, such as cremoladas, raspadillas, skewers, grilled chicken, and cebiches tiraditos, the city of Jesus Maria held from Friday 5 to Sunday, February 7, the Pisco Sour Day.


"We aim to promote the consumption of Pisco Sour, not only as a liquor to provide, but also to accompany various dishes from our varied cuisine," the district mayor, Enrique Ocrospoma.
For this, the municipality has prepared a variety of musical numbers, most notably as our lead guitar artists, Oscar Aviles, Guajaja, cumbia group of witches, Amanda Portales, among other singers. The inaugural event will be Friday 5 to 13:00 pm and is expected to attend more than 30 entrepreneurs, local authorities and schools linked to the development, production, marketing and distribution of the beverage.
